    Do you have a local pickup location?

    Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we've had to temporarily disable the option for local pickup.

    How long does it take to get my order?

    Our typical processing time is 1-3 business days.

    Where are the items made?

    All of our merch (with the exception of Face Masks) are made right here in Nashville. We believe in the community here in town and work with local partners to print and ship the items.

    What is the return policy? 

    The NashvilleTN Store allows returns / exchanges of damaged products only. We do not allow refunds due to sizing errors, currently because of COVID-19. If you want a different size, we can offer you a discounted item at the new size. 

    We cannot accept any returns on face masks due to COVID 19. 

    To start a return or exchange, please email info@nashvilletnstore.com with your order number, an explanation of the issue and images of the damage. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.

    We do not accept returns or exchanges due to lower pricing. As a retail store, we often change prices and do not offer exchanges for a lower priced item found on our store at a later date.
