How long does it take to get my order?
Our typical processing time is 1-3 business days. NOTE: Due to high demand, we're currently experiencing processing times of 5-10 business days.
Where are the items made?
All of our merch is made right here in Nashville. We believe in the community here in town and work with local partners to print and ship the items.
What is the return policy?
The NashvilleTN Store allows returns / exchanges of damaged products only. We do not allow refunds due to sizing errors. Please read the sizing information and charts on each product page prior to purchasing to ensure accurate sizing.
To start a return or exchange, please email email@example.com with your order number, an explanation of the issue and images of the damage. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
